December 1st I was supposed to run my 2nd half marathon. Long story short: I didn’t run. The reasons (excuses?) for not running are varied and when they all combined together, I just thought I was going to explode. Also, with the stress of running came the stress of not running. I keep telling myself that my decision not to run 13.1 miles was the best decision for my mental health.
